Okay, crap. I drew this with hardly any research. I’ve never played the series (yes, shame on me.) and I just made this sketch based on a bunch of game clips posted in youtube. I even failed to take note until the last minute that KOS-MOS already lost her headgear during the last cut-scene, which is where I’m supposed to be basing this drawing from in the first place. FFFFUUUUUU! After I spent so much time getting that headgear right!!

But anyway… this is for the adorable girl who always ends up crying after watching the game’s last few videos. This is for you, Pam. ♥

Personal update:

Currently working as an art teacher in our local school. Stressful job is stressful. @_@

Reduced to submitting half-done sketches. Wonderful.

Was I in such a mix of moods (horrible yet starting to feel better) when I drew this. I felt like everything was not going the way I wanted, and I ended up picking fights with the most important person in my life. Yet, even after we argued, it was being in that person’s company that comforted me the most.

.

I think, this image shows that point where the hostilities are washing away, where they are starting to patch things up from a previous argument. There is still some hurt evident in their faces, but there’s also signs of understanding and forgiveness between them. It’s a complicated feeling. Part of you wants the conflict, while the other wants things to go back to being okay.

Wah, so busy, during the holidays and even after… Hoping to get some doodling time soon, maybe by next week *_* The NanoFate fangirling is piling up in my brain again, and it needs to be released on paper! Or in this case, the computer.

In other news, I ordered the entire box set of Nanoha Petite Nendoroids! :3 Expecting it to arrive at the end of this month, or the next! I hope my supplier carries the Movie Ending Scene as well…

The Princess of the Fire Nation, Azula. Just a little sketch to break the pattern.

Admittedly, I horribly disliked this girl in the beginning of the show (She is such a bitch!!). But for several reasons (She is such a bitch!!), she grew on me and is now my favorite character in the series. (Toph is my next fave :3)

I’m quite hesitant on making more fanart of the Princess, as I’m having some difficulty adjusting to the style of the show (anime-ish but at the same time isn’t). This sketch is actually my second of her and was a stroke of luck. I’m pleased with it’s outcome, but I don’t believe I can repeat the “feel” consistently. But I will try… :D

Personality:
Scion is quite aware of her intelligence and can be boastful about it. She is generally calm and collected (as people tend to fear and try not cross her), however if the wrong chord is struck, best to run for cover. She also has a tendency to be blunt, and is very intolerant of stupidity. Because of this, her crew find it quite difficult to communicate with her. Around Aiah, she is much softer and patient.

Aiah’s upbringing in the monastery was quite strict but not necessarily unpleasant. Soft spoken and amicable, the crew of Scion usually communicate concerns to their captain through her.

DERP. Giddy over my work. I feel silly (been smiling to myself since sketching this) but mostly fluttery and squiggly. Is it still fangirling if it’s your own creation? Well, I have a new OTP and they’re CANON.

Anyway, I’d like to introduce my new OC, Scion! The idea came from a dream of a vague female redhead pirate captain, who had a lover that looked like my other OC. The dream was (is still!) very clear in my head and I just had to turn it into a story… this upload is a sidetrack of the thinking process. XD

Unfortunately, I still suck at BGs, and my attempt to add one failed miserably. Suggested source of light is suggested. :P

I decided to put up the plain version as well, because I think the lineart deserves to be given a second (closer) look.

Now back to squeeing. X3

OMG, a post!! Not a fanart this time, I’ve been thoroughly occupied writing an original story, involving these two characters. You might recognize one of them, she’s been a frequent in this gallery. The redhead though, is new.

They are lovers. Hah. Lovers, okay?

The title? Well, I’m not sure how relevant it is to the story, but it’s from a song by Olivia Lufkin that has been playing on repeat during the entire time I was drawing this. Constantly feeding me with angsty energies… (z_z)

Anyway, hoping to get more art done about this story soon. ( o_o)7

Sigh, been so busy with work. I want to draw again, and more frequently.

But alas, the need to earn money is a much stronger call at the moment. So I can finally live comfortably. And so I can buy moar stuffz! Hahaha!

I’ve had the adult Fate Figma for perhaps more than half a year now, and I’ve always been putting off getting her dearest Nanoha for the longest time - something which I think greatly saddened the blonde enforcer.

But finally! I have finally bought the adult Nanoha Figma yesterday! At a discount too! I’m sure Fate is bouncing off the walls with joy.

So here they are, shot with my fail camfone, as my digicam is not with me at the moment.
