I’ve been thinking of bringing my foodstuff posts here for a while now. So this post is a test, above all else.
.
Inconspicuously located in a building along Katipunan Avenue beside Bo’s Cafe, Cannan Bistro is a quaint little restaurant that serves simple food at a cheap price.

.
My favorite item in their menu is the classic carbonara. Their version is closer to the original italian version where cream is not used. Very simple and tasty, they do not skimp out on the bacon either.

.

Then there’s their version of seafood marinara pasta with a touch of aligue (crab fat), this is Pam’s typical order.

.

Lastly, to add a bit more protein to our meal, we order their chicken strips with mayo dip.

.

The price will swing from Php100-200 per person. I would recommend Cannan to anyone in the area who is looking for a pleasant yet affordable meal.
